Heritage Collection on Seah

The room was efficiently organized, cool (much needed in the Singapore heat) and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful through the WhatsApp program and in-person. The only negative, was a smell in the bathroom (despite the toilet being clean) but this smell could be managed by keeping the toilet lid closed when not in use.

This hotel is good value but the rooms are slightly unusual and pretty small. My room was on 2 levels with an upstairs bedroom the area is just the size of the mattress so there is no floor and the TV is here on a shelf. So if you want to watch TV it has to be from the bed. The stairs are super narrow so care is definitely required. Downstairs is the shower and toilet which is spacious. Also we have a wardrobe a small table and the kitchen area with sink. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle with cutlery and plates etc for 2 people. It’s OK for breakfast and small meals. It’s cozy you could say and fine for a single or very friendly couple. Door operation is via digital key small worked smoothly once you get the hang of it. The only window is high up in he roof so no view. The Aircon works well and they also supply a dehumidifier which keeps the place nice and cool so much that you can turn the air con off at night On level 3 there are washing machines and dryers which are free to use and soap is provided. Staff are available via WhatsApp from 9:00 to 18:00 and they always responded rapidly and positively. The location is great with small restaurants around and you are literally next to Raffles Hotel. City hall MRT is 10 mins away as are Raffles city and Suntec shopping malls.

This hotel is superb! The room is clean, tidy, well equipped with toaster, microwave, all necessary kitchen utensils, lots of storage space, comfortable bed..etc The auto checkin is easy. Jarwin, Shannen, and Ed are extremely helpful and answered all my enquiries promptly! The location is great, in-between 2 MRT station at the centre of Singapore. Nearby with lots of nice restaurants and bars, 3 large malls are situated around within 5 mins walk. I definitely will book this hotel next time when I visit Singapore!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Singapore! The place was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond by adding me to a WhatsApp group with Jarwin, Ed, and Alicia, who were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, with nearby bus stations and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Exploring the area also led me to Bugis Junction, which was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided during my stay at this hotel in Singapore. They offer a wide range of conveniences, including a microwave, laundry facilities, detergent, dish soap, an electric pan, and even an iron and ironing board. These thoughtful additions made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. However, the only inconvenience I encountered was the lack of an international socket or power source. Additionally, I couldn't find the passkey number for my door in my emails or WhatsApp messages, possibly because it was an early check-in. They are very responsive and quickly replied from WhatsApp group Despite these minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
